This course is an introduction and overview of student development theories and practices in higher education administration and counseling, emphasizing current standards of practice and emerging trends particularly in Christian higher education. Lectures, discussions, and student writing and projects will focus on theories and applications that examine patterns of student growth and development during the undergraduate years.
