This course provides comprehensive training on Microsoft Teams, covering both meetings and calls to ensure users are confident in every aspect of communication on the platform. Participants will learn how to schedule, join, and manage meetings, as well as how to place, receive, and manage calls using Teams’ built‑in calling tools. Special emphasis is placed on leveraging Teams for everyday phone and video calling, helping users transition smoothly from traditional phone systems to a unified Teams calling experience.

The LeeU Onboarding for Technology course is designed to equip new employees with the essential tools, systems, and practices that support their work at Lee University. This self‑paced module introduces the core technologies used across campus, provides step‑by‑step guidance for accessing key services, and highlights the resources available to help employees work efficiently and securely.
Participants will learn how to navigate platforms such as Moodle, Portico, LeeU Email, and campus network services; understand expectations for technology use; and become familiar with support channels within Information Technology. Whether someone is new to higher education or simply new to Lee, this course ensures every employee begins with a strong foundation and the confidence to engage fully in our digital environment.
